After securing a steady occupation my painting aspirations were soon forgotten.
Twenty four years later and after relocating several times I settled in Vancouver,Washington. Sometimes considered a suburb of Portland Oregon. Portland has an active art scene that I found inspirational. In 2001 I decided to start painting again.
   I'm now available to do commissioned portraits. Prices start at three hundred and fifty dollars for a head and shoulders on 16" by 20"canvas. I work primarily from photographs so if you live in the Portland Oregon area I can take the photos. You can supply your own photo but it must be highly detailed with good lighting.
